This year, we are doing things a little differently.

Instead of booking public venues, we are bringing the magic directly to you.

Whether you want to gather your closest friends for a cosy evening of mulled wine and crafting, host a festive team celebration, or plan a magical Christmas night out at your favourite local cafe, our wreath workshops are now entirely bespoke and private.

You choose the date, you gather the people, and you pick the venue—we bring the winter foliage, the luxury ribbons, the expert step-by-step guidance, and all the festive cheer.

No public tickets, no rushing around—just a gorgeous, personal creative experience tailored entirely to your group.

  • It is simple! You decide when, where, and who you want to craft with. Once you submit a booking enquiry, we will coordinate the details, confirm availability, and secure your date. On the day, we arrive with everything needed to transform your chosen space into a winter studio.

    At Home: Gather your closest friends in your living room, dining space, or a covered garden terrace for a cosy crafting night in.

    For Cafes & Independent Venues: We love collaborating with local coffee shops, lifestyle stores, and neighbourhood spots wanting to host a ticketed seasonal event or a festive night out for their community.

    Private Gatherings: Planning a seasonal get-together, birthday, or festive night out? Any relaxed, inspiring space or private hire venue works wonderfully.

  • To ensure everyone gets plenty of one-on-one guidance and space to create, we have a minimum group size of 3 people and a maximum of 12.

  • Everything you need to create a stunning, professional festive wreath. This includes a fresh mossed wire base, an abundance of seasonal evergreens (like blue spruce, eucalyptus, and fir), pinecones, dried fruits, berries, and a generous spool of luxury velvet or satin ribbon. We also bring all necessary tools, aprons, and clear demonstration guidance.

  • Our festive season calendar fills up extremely quickly, especially for peak weekends in December. We recommend reaching out as early as possible via the contact form below to secure your preferred date.

  • Our private workshops are a flat rate of £60 per person. To secure your preferred date and time, we require a 50% deposit upon booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the event. We will send over a secure payment link once we have confirmed all your details!

  • We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, deposits are fully refundable up to 14 days before your workshop date. For cancellations made within 14 days of the event, the deposit is non-refundable as fresh foliage and luxury materials will have already been ordered specifically for your group.

  • We happily travel up to 20 miles from Lochearnhead. For locations further afield, a small additional travel fee may apply—just let us know your postcode in the enquiry form!

  • Just enough table space for everyone to craft comfortably! We bring absolutely everything else, including protective table coverings, tools, and all materials.

  • While we focus entirely on the floral magic and provide all crafting supplies, many hosts love pairing our workshops with festive nibbles and drinks for their guests to enjoy while they create!
